Operating specifications and precautions for Grinding Wheel replacement.

When you purchased the bespoke soft toys, do you find the company logo or facial expression of your designs mostly by embroidery or printing? These 3 processes were very common and cover almost all the needs of soft plush doll production, but the most important is to choose the right one based on the actual designs.

 

Preparation before replacement
Embroidery
1. Shutdown and power failure -Stop the equipment completely, turn off the power and lock it (LOTO safety procedure) -Wait for the grinding wheel to completely stop rotating (forced braking is prohibited) 2. Tools and protection preparation -Prepare special disassembly tools (matching wrench, lifting equipment, etc.) -Wear protective equipment: cut-resistant gloves, goggles and safety helmet.
3. Inspection of old grinding wheel -Record the worn state of the old grinding wheel (equipment problems need to be investigated for abnormal wear) -Check the spindle state (no damage, thread intact)  
Required items after replacement
Heat-transfer printing
1. No-load test procedure -First operation: test at 25% working speed for 1 minute. -Step up to 50% and 75% for 2 minutes each. -100% running at full speed for 5 minutes.
2. Safety acceptance criteria -Vibration value: ≤2.5mm/s (using vibration detector) -Noise: ≤85dB (measured at a distance of 1m) -Flange temperature: temperature rise ≤15℃
Special precautions
Prohibited behavior -Use worn/expired grinding wheels -Unauthorized modification of grinding wheel aperture (reaming or stuffing is prohibited) -Mixing grinding wheels from different manufacturers
High-risk situation -Large-diameter grinding wheels (> ＞400mm) need to be replaced by two people. -After the wet grinding wheel is replaced, it needs to stand for 2 hours before the cooling liquid is introduced.
